An overnight driver then takes over from 10 pm to 6 am.  For the weekend, usually 2 to 3 vehicles are used per day with an on-call driver available for overflow. We have recently renewed contract hires from Spring Taxi to tackle overflow traffic to minimize grievances and late pick-ups.  Any given day that puts the service under fire for longer than usual wait times. Other instances where traffic is not under our control include flight cancellations due to bad weather.  Elderly, individuals on major surgery recovery, and other urgent patient scenarios.
